This is so outdated and bad! x_x I will make a new one soon, I promise. I suppose it's not entirely a tutorial, since there's no instructions, so we'll just consider it a process. This is my colouring process for when I paint eyes in Paint Tool Sai. I use a Wacom Bamboo Tablet. Let me know if you'd like any elaborating, it's probably a bit confusing. I'll upload a detailed tutorial eventually! :D I hope this helps!</b></b>
